There are two elements to the treatment
Number Of Sessions Required
The number of sessions varies by individual because of the areas requiring treatment and the results required. The initial consultation is provided free of charge to enable a discussion of the treatment and to understand the results you would like to achieve, and a suitable number of sessions can then be recommended. We generally find that noticeable changes start to be achieved after 6 to 8 sessions, with a 1 week gap between each session, and optimal results typically take an average of 8 to 12 sessions*. The results are long lasting so long as you follow a healthy diet and exercise regime.
The length of each weekly appointment is 60 minutes. You will be able to go back to your normal activities immediately after the treatment.
